Step beyond the footlights and into the worlds of Charles Dickens in this immersive dinner and theatrical experience at The Assembly Rooms Newcastle. It is the most magical evening we have ever produced.
A steam train thunders out of the darkness. A pickpocket works his way through the tables. A jilted bride keeps her endless vigil on the balcony, and a ten-foot Ghost of Christmas Present strides through the ballroom. Your host for the night is Mr Dickens himself, and he leads you through fog-bound London, Fagin’s den, Satis House and Scrooge’s long Christmas night. Along the way you’ll meet the Artful Dodger, Nancy, Nicholas Nickleby, Pip, Estella and Miss Havisham.
